Alternative work schedule (AWS)
Endevco has adopted a 9/80 AWS. Most employees are scheduled to work 9 hours
Monday through Thursday, and working 8 hours or off on alternating Fridays.
Company paid sick leave
Endevco provides up to 80 hours of sick leave per calendar year, accruing on an
hourly basis. Sick leave may be used in the case of illness, appointments, and
medical emergencies by the employee or their eligible family members.
Vacation policy
Endevco’s vacation policy provides 80 hours of accrued vacation per year for
employees with up to 5 years of service. After 5 years of service, vacation
accrual increases to 120 hours per year and will increase to 160 hours per year
after 15 years of service. Management employees accrue 40 additional hours
vacation
Holidays
Endevco provides a minimum of 80 hours of paid holidays per year.
Pay periods and performance reviews
Employees are paid every other Friday. All employees are scheduled to receive a
performance appraisal annually.
Smoking and drug free facility
Endevco is a non-smoking facility. In addition, all applicants must pass a drug
screen as a condition of employment.
Eligibility
Eligibility for most Benefit Plans is the first of the month following
employment unless the Hire Date is coincidental with the start of the month.
401(k) plan
Endevco has a 401(k) plan through its parent company. Participants may save up
to 60% on a pre-tax basis (to the maximum permitted by law) with the company
Matching Contributions at $.50 for each dollar saved, up to 6%. The company
makes additional Basic and Supplemental Contributions to the Plan at the end of
each calendar year. Employees are 100% vested in their Matching and Basic
Contributions. Supplemental Contributions vest at 20% per year.
Health Care Plan
Endevco provides a health care plan that includes medical, dental and vision
coverage for its employees, dependents, or Domestic Partners. The cost for this
coverage varies based on the category of coverage. There is an employee
contribution.
Flexible spending accounts
You may participate in up to $5,000 Health Care Reimbursement and/or $5,000
Dependent Care Reimbursement and lower your taxable income.
Life Insurance
Endevco provides life insurance coverage for its employees at no charge.
Coverage is two times annual salary rounded to the next $1,000.
Supplemental Life Insurance Plan
Endevco offers additional life insurance coverage for its employees, their
spouses and children that can be purchased at group rates.
Universal life insurance
Endevco offers additional universal life insurance that builds cash value.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)
Endevco provides two times annual salary for AD&D Insurance for its
employees at no charge. Employees may purchase additional coverage for
themselves and family at a group rate.
Long-term Disability
Endevco pays the full cost of coverage under the LTD plan which provides 60% of
monthly earnings after 180 days of disability.
Long-term care (LTC)
Endevco offers voluntary LTC coverage for its employees, their spouses, parents
and certain dependents.
Business travel accident
Endevco provides coverage for you, your spouse and children while traveling on
a Meggitt business trip.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Endevco has two benefit programs available to employees and their families to
help in the resolution of personal or work-related problems in a confidential
and professional manner. The service provides free initial counseling and
referral assistance.
Group legal services
We offer an optional election for group legal services that provide access to a
network of professional attorneys, financial counselors and a host of related
legal services.
Credit union
Endevco is associated with E-Central Credit Union and employees may join at any
time.
Home/auto insurance
Endevco offers discounted rates on home and auto insurance through Liberty
Mutual.
Educational Assistance
Endevco provides employees with educational assistance through two programs;
Tuition reimbursement and Seminar reimbursement. Tuition reimbursement provides
for up to $7,000 maximum calendar year reimbursement; Seminar reimbursement is
provided on an individual basis. Eligibility is a minimum of three months of
satisfactory service.
Jury Duty
Endevco provides a maximum of 5 paid days for each term of jury duty.
Miscellaneous Programs
Endevco supports and subsidizes many wellness activities as well as
recreational and employee activities programs.
